How to use GBA4iOS on iOS devices – iPhone, iPad
There exist multiple ways to install the emulator app on iOS devices. Depending on your choice, choose the less complex methods enlisted here. Third-party installers like Tweakbox utilization method is what we recommend.
But if you are okay with Cydia Impactor, that’s even cooler!

Method 1: Utilizing GBA4iOS IPA & Cydia Impactor
Requirements:
- Cydia Impactor [Download]
- Latest iTunes [Download]
- GBA4iOS IPA [Download]
- Computer with an internet connection
- iOS connector (Original preferred)
Note: Most of the current iOS devices are enabled with 2FA which is generating an error while sideloading IPAs via Cydia Impactor. In this case, log in to Apple web portal, navigate to “App-specific password” under the security section. Generate an app-specific password and copy it to clipboard.
Procedure:
Step 1: Download Cydia Impactor and extract it at an easily accessible location.
Step 2:Connect your iOS device to the computer and let Cydia Impactor recognize the model.
Step 3: Drag GBA4iOS.ipa file that you downloaded and drop it on impactor screen.
Step 4: Enter your Apple ID and fill that app-specific password we generated following the requirement section.
Step 5: Installation has successfully started. All you need to do is wait till it finishes.
Step 6: Navigate to Setting > General > Device Management on your iOS device – iPhone, iPad.
Step 7: Under Enterprise section, tap on app’s developer name (YUM Restaurant China) that is subjected to change as time passes. That will lead you respective app installed. Tap on the Trust button to authorize this third-party developer.
Move to app drawer of your iOS device and you will be able to see the app icon by now if you’ve followed all steps correctly. Wasn’t that simple AF?
Method 2: Making use of iEmulators app installer
Step 1: Go to your Safari browser and type iemulators.com in the URL bar.
Step 2: Navigate to App section placed at the top.

Step 1: Go to the official Tweakbox website through your Safari browser.
Step 2: Tap on Install and Tweakbox profile will be downloaded on your device.
Step 3: Now navigate to Settings > Profile Downloaded and tap on Install button from the top right corner. You will be asked to press Install again. Tap on Done then after.
Step 4: Now launch Tweakbox, move to Apps section and search for GBA4iOS. You can also manually find the emulator from Tweakbox’s emulators section as well. Tap on Install button then after.
Fix GBA4iOS Untrusted Enterprise Developer Error
Step 5: After successfully installing the app, move to Setting > General > Device Management. Tap on the developer certificate’s name under the Enterprise App section.
Step 6: Tap on GBA4iOS and choose Trust following the instructions.
This may sound boring as you need to authorize the developer twice. But depending on your device’s environment, this method comes handy when other method doesn’t work. Give it a try. It’s really easy!
Similarly, GBA4iOS can be installed using other third-party app installers like AppValley, Ems4U. In case you want to try them, just follow the same installation procedure as we followed with method 3. Changes will be in the first step depending on the installer you choose.

How to load ROMs on GBA4iOS
In order to proceed with the section, you must have GBA4iOS installed. Just follow any of the above-mentioned guides and you will get it. There are many inbuilt games categorized under particular series. All you have to do is search and run. Anyway, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your app drawer and launch the emulator app.
Step 2: Find Search icon sitting at the upper corner on the right side.
Step 3: Out of listed game series, choose your preferred one.
Step 4: Choose your favorite version of the game and tap on Download on the next screen.
Step 5: You will be asked to download it. Tap on Save button and lunch the ROM as soon as it is downloaded.

How to load outside ROMs on GBA4iOS
Step 1: Download games’ ROM in the form of .GBA.zip (Recommendation: romsmania.cc)
Step 2: Once downloaded, tap on More… under Open in navigation link.
Step 3: Select “Copy to GBA4iOS” from the next popup. This is the step where you load your ROM into the emulator.
Step 4: Now you will be able to see GBA4iOS Pokemon – Fire Red Version within your emulator.
Step 5: Tap on the same and it will redirect you to emulator setting option. Connect your dropbox for auto-saving and adjust other settings according to your requirements. Enjoy your gameplay!
