Please uninstall the drivers by right click, After that Windows 10 has black Screen; Please hold the power button till power off; After turn on the system; Go to Control Panel —- View by: Large Icons —- Device Manger; From Device Manager find the Display Adapters and Expand It. You will see Microsoft basic video drivers. Windows 8/8.1 and 10 share a similar driver model so drivers of 8.1 would work well with Windows 10. Newer drivers would be provided by Windows update as well. Hope that helps. If I upgrade to 64 bit windows 10 pro, Then will I get necessary 64 bit drivers for my desktop from windows update?????
